Payment not rec'd

I requested a payment last Monday 25th and have not rec'd it yet.

For payments submitted up to 7am Tuesday, they are normally processed by close of business on the following Friday. So you should receive yours later today

I also requested a BACS payment on Monday 25th but it is still shown with "Pending" status rather than "Paid", which normally what happened before, typically by mid week to take into account the 2/3 day BACS processing timescale
