Hi - I've just realised I gave the wrong bank details for a cashback claim. When I went to look at the payment details I marked it as payment confirmed, when in fact it went to an old closed bank account of mine. is there anyway I can pull this back? I've spoken to the bank and they have said they would just return it as the account is closed.

No problem. I can see that it got bounced back since we processed it on Friday and I've now credited the funds back to your imutual account.
