I think living members should be able to transfer their shares to other members if they wish, for free or for a consideration. What do people think about that?

At the moment the shares are worthless but with luck and a fair wind they could be worth money and that is why this needs to be sorted for once and for all now. At the AGM with one share equals one vote in the same way as happens with other companies with shareholders.
