Yes , the same as I book flights , hotels and car hire on other clicks

But Euro Car Parts is not the same, is it? You are expected to go to the store pay for and collect the goods. With the other clicks you mentioned, you are essentially abandoning your purchase by not completing the process.

I am not suggesting you are doing anything wrong, that is for your conscience not mine. I am just questioning the process. Do they not cancel the order when you do not collect, that would be the obvious thing for them to do. Doing what you are suggesting is implying that I could book a table reservation somewhere and then just not turn up but collect the commission for the booking. That can't be right, can it?

It could be said that if they do not have a process to cancel the order if not collected then that is their lookout and their failure to protect the business model. Careless of them eh?

Are you just adding reg number, searching for something, adding it to basket, selecting c and c and then abandoning the search in a similar way we'd do on a flight/hotel/car search etc. If so, I assume it should work on TCB and Q aswell
