creative kevin. good work. i think i can see what you mean.. but can existing messages be moved into new folders.. i'm not sure.

Yes, don't need to use rules, can manually move messages between folders whenever you wish.

Tick all the messages you want to move, then click ‘move message to’ from the drop down at the bottom
