It will be more effective to raise a query rather than for us to sit around pontificating about what the reason might be.

My guess is that there is no point in raising a query re the extended. You will just be wasting Richards time and diverting limiting resources to something that will get just a standard answer. it is quite normal for things to go extended. It purely means that imutual has not yet rec'd payment and that it may or may not arrive at some stage in the future.

In my mind it would be sensible to raise a query for the rejection as you (in theory) may get a reason for it and a payment if an error has been made by Cotton Traders, or paid under the cashback guarantee if you have met all the conditions and Cotton Traders still do not honour the transaction.

if you look at this report: https://www.imutual.co.uk/report?id=910 you will see that you are not the only imutualite to have extended transactions with Cotton Traders or indeed other merchants some of which have been much longer outstanding.

Either way as the subject is account specific Chadwick is correct in saying it would be more effective to raise a query than discussing in the forums.

I am guessing that I hit send and did not notice I had not hit send hard enough.

Not complaining about Richard or imutual just annoyed with Cotton Traders. Refusing to buy from them despite the nice freebie (for a charity shop or raffle prize donation). But that is only because I do not want to spend at least £30 plus p and p for stuff we have no need for. Trying to downsize the what we own not upsize it.

My account is looking good, £2.49 appeared in my payable section. Not a lot of money but what a dearth of dailies means I cannot expect a lot.

Could have more pending if I bought more clothes online but my wardrobe is full of stuff I can wear and not feel I am wearing something that was so last year. Prefer to go for the more classic stuff that I can wear for years. Like one blouse I must have had for 20 years but still comes out. My "Sunday Best" coat that I have had for many years. Classic that is there for when it is needed.

Suddenly living like I have done for all my adult life is fashionable lol. Just like I went veggie though switched to flexitarian when getting together with DH before it became fashionable amongst the young. Same as organic food, whole food etc. I do not follow trends but others eventually follow mine but nothing to do with me. Unlike DH's niece I do not nag and nag until I make them do as I want. It has taken so many years but she has browbeaten her parents into being veggies. I let others do what they want and I live my life as I want.
