Need a bulb for bathroom so buy online for cashback and collect from them as they are the local DIY place. Suspenders sigh

Just buy it without cashback - not worth the bother for 1 bulb

Or pm your address and I will send you half a dozen, got loads over the years from the leccy company. When they were encouraging people to get long life bulbs. I think the government was incentivising them to do so.

Got to Homebase and they had none in stock. So Wickes is the next DIY place but that is in the north of the town. Only 2 roads between us in the south of the town and the north until they finish the new bridge. So straight down London Road South, over the bascule bridge round Station Square and up Denmark Road then turn left for a few yards and you are there.
But LRS is closed for sewage pipe work so a long detour to get to the bascule bridge. Then an even longer detour to get to Wickes and the rest of the shops on the retail park because Denmark Road is closed for 6 months so they can work on the bridge.
Pay £4 for the new bulb only to find it was not the bulb but a problem with the pull string that turns bathroom on and off
