Just got the first few cashback transactions through so thought it be time to say hello

In general I find the rates lower than on the big 2. Do others experience similar issues with their fav shops?

Unfortunately it is a problem. We just do not have the masses to be able to negotiate the deals that some bigger companies are able to do. But as mentioned by kevinchess1 we do have the cashback guarantee. Some would say that it is an advantage to get shares in and to have a chance to have a say in the running of the company.

In most cases it works out as a few pence which you can easily ignore compared to the value of a customer service that responds and the cashback guarantee.

Although I must say with a few of my last transactions the rates have been fractionally higher here

Welcome Bluecashback, yes, some of the offers might be slightly lower but the big two have poorer support when there are problems. And the amount of complaints from members was the reason they closed their forums.

But sometimes imutual is higher. I can remember buying my insurance from Aviva here and finding Topcashback had an exclusive offer. I bought my insurance here because of the cashback guarantee and I could get more here than at Toppers despite their "exclusive" price offer.
