It will line the lawyers pockets
What a silly one liner.
She hasn't asked for the legal aid , it was her lawyers decision to ask for it on her behalf
incorrect! It was her family who have instructed lawyers on her behalf.
Her family has previously said it planned to challenge the decision.
But whatever the argument unless you are able to prove anything to the contrary. She has not got the money to pay for representation so is entitled to it.
The principle of whether the legal aid system works/is expensive/is or is not up to the job, is not in discussion here. Whether she is entitled to it/or not is.

...It will be a drop in the ocean in monetary value, compared to the obscene amount of money that is being spent on Brexit.
I'll correct it

What I wrote was inclusive and was meant to be satisfying to both sides of the debate.
How
DARE you try to be inclusive - out means out!!!!! That's the trouble with you namby-pamby, roll-up vape-smoking lefties - you keep looking for a solution to please everyone and those who voted Brexit don't care - they won, suck it up and take the pain because the flying pigs and unicorns are there waiting..... Don't you know, this will be the easiest deal in history because the EU needs the UK more than the UK needs the EU and the UK holds all the cards. But don't worry, when it all goes pear-shaped we'll just blame someone else for not giving us the Brexit we voted for!!
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

What I cannot understand is why we think we can dump our dirty washing onto other countries by removing citzenship.

Exactly! ..... and excuse the failure to deal with problems in the UK by trying to make one person individually responsible for all the crimes of daesh. I would accept that she bears joint responsibility, but that would mean she should get the same treatment as others and I can't help wondering where all the calls were to punish individual Serbs for the horrors carried out in Bosnia.

I heard on Radio 4 that Social Services and her school were aware that she was being groomed by Daish but nobody told her parents. Surely they should have been informed.
It was a friend of the family who made the claim but it was just his claim. On the other hand he is a retired Police Superintendent.

Doubt if it is true as she is in Daesh controlled area. Why would we risk our people's lives to get her out.

Is she? Last I heard she was in a camp controlled by the Kurds. But whatever its pointless speculating on what or what might not happen. Crazy situation where the UK stripped her of citizenship anyway. Doing that to anyone solves no problems but in fact creates more problems.
