I am having the same problem - 12 months up on 30/11 and no interest added as yet

seems they are having a real problem with this, but you won't miss out.
mine matures soon too. I only have a FlexAcccount current account nowadays.. will I be able to repeat with another 5%RS?

If your only Nationwide current account is a long-held FlexAccount then you'll need to have paid in at least £750pcm for 3 months before applying.

I'm not expecting any compensation from Nationwide without a formal complaint. However I sent another online message today asking for an update on the missing interest - they haven't replied but I can now see a new transaction on my account crediting the interest (although not yet withdrawable or even reflected in the account balance). So, hopefully I can withdraw, close and apply for a new account from tomorrow...

I went into a branch today and played dumb about missing interest for them to close account and transfer interest due to my current account there and then so now sorted :)

I have asked for compensation , but noticed today that they have transferred the £6,000 + interest to my flex a/c , but also interest has gone into my regular saver a/c , so they have now paid the interest twice.
My old a/c matured on 30/11 and was renamed by Nationwide , I asked them to close this on 1/12 , I have already opened a new Regular saver on 1/12 and have transferred £500 into it on the same day.

interest generated in your Old regular saver has been credited to your New regular saver account?

no, they transferred £6,160.41 to my flex account then added interest of £160.74 to my old Regular saver which I have now transferred to my flex account
