i receive e-Rewards surveys to both my personal and business email addresses. sometimes click through to them when i'm on the phone.. but is it worth doing so? anyone else here doing so?

i've just logged in to my two accounts.
on my personal email i could convert to Nectar, but on my business email that doesn't seem to be an option.. M&S and Avios are both available. i don't want to build up something that i'll never use though :problem:
how are other people using e-Rewards, if at all?
and by all means move this to another forum, if appropriate
