Ratesetter P2P - £100 incentive

Post by pabenny » Mon Dec 31, 2018 5:26 pm

Ratesetter is a P2P lender, lending to individuals (about 70% of their book) and businesses.

You can get a £100 bonus if you invest a minimum of £1000 for a minimum of one year. The interest return varies according to demand for loans. At the time of writing, it's 3.5%; higher rates are available for 5 year terms and lower rates for instant access. Your funds can be placed within an ISA or not.

It's an investment, so the funds placed with Ratesetter are not guaranteed by the FSCS or anything else and your capital is potentially at risk.

Note - there seem to be two steps: you have to deposit funds and then request to have them lent out.

My referral link is below. I get £50 for anyone who invests a minimum of £1000 for a minimum of one year. Thank you to anyone who takes up the offer.

Was 110.00 via MSE for many weeks up until yesterday

Via MSE referrals people often offer to split referral payments, this is supposed to be a "community" ;)

But splitting referrals commission is nothing to do with community, is it?

It is more to do with greed, sharing referral commission in the hope that you will get more referrals and therefore a bigger slice of the pie.

People here have two choices assuming they prepared to risk 1000.00 ( No FSCS protection)

Competition is good for Consumers/Customers

100.00 bonus via referral here

135.00 bonus via MSE referral
