Yes and no. Who actually misses Woolworths, Stead and Simpson or Littlewoods as somewhere to shop? They closed because, whatever their former strengths they had been outclassed by other stores that did the same thing better. We mostly took our wallets and purses to Wilko, Tesco, Primark, etc.

Companies can have weak balance sheets and over stretched with loans yet survive as their banks continue to provide funds. Yet companies with stronger balance sheets continue to fail. Cash flow is king - thought you'd know that. :wtf:
