even though these are such unusual times i'm surprised they didn't hold a virtual AGM like every other mutual i'm a member of.

Interesting 'track and trace' letter from LV= to Mrs T.

'.. we have tried repeatedly to reach you .. if we don't hear from you.. you will no longer be a member etc..' This despite her receiving the same mailshots I receive and first notice of delisting.

Checking I get.. cleansing a bit extreme IMO.

be warned

i'd be sending a very clear letter to them.. there's no way they should be doing that.

these poor procedures are not uncommon..

i had the attempted delivery of a parcel on friday via FedEx. noone was home. they classified this first attempt as "Final Attempt" and took it straight back to the airport for return to Japan.. with a card that gave me a web address that lead to a phone number which provided a web address.. the same one. i had to find them at the airport yesterday and insist that they gave me my parcel.

Royal London have written to me as the relative of the deceased planteria :wtf:

Returned from holiday to find pack inviting me to a Webinar on "Progress on our plans to sell the LV= life and pensions business". It sounds like there are separate sessions for WP and non-WP members. WP is Thursday 9th September at 1pm.
