Another scam grant that attracted a lot of publicity but most do not qualify for . You can't get double glazing unless you have other primary measues first . You can't get Replacement double glazing if you already have double glazing.

And the cost of the subsidy for secondary measures can only match the cost of the primary measures. And the primary measures are the cheap stuff.

Like the annual budget speech the truth rather than the headline grabbing half truth is in the detail that emerges with little publicity in the following days.
Sad to say Labour are as guilty as the Tories and I bet if the LibDems or the Greens were in power nothing would change
