NS&I offer a fully guaranteed 1 year bond at 6.2%
https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/sav ... s-too.html
Still available (issue 72) although with the latest BoE decision to hold rates, perhaps they'll be thinking about a slightly lower issue 73 soon? I decided not to wait any longer and applied today.

Nationwide Flex Regular Saver is a one-year account paying 8% AER/gross a year (variable). You can pay in up to £200 a month.

Just so you know, after 3 withdrawals (on the 4th withdrawal), the rate decreases to 2.15% AER/gross a year (variable) for the rest of the term. You'll also need to have a Nationwide current account to open the account.
