Earn £5 cashback, up to first six months tooltip
When you make 20 debit card payments each calendar month
This has been made easier; previously 30 debit card payments were required.

As quoted, 20 debit card payments must be made to earn the monthly £5.
You can convert an existing Classic Plus account, but might not qualify for the £200 incentive; surely better to open a new one, earn yourself £30 cashback from Quidco too.
