i've also been assured by "Travis" that i will still generate cashback using my '1st' account during January and February. so.. let's see. and if i don't i can reference today's call for £10
just bagged the extra £10.. but they made it up to £25

Do you call them? TSB don't appear to have web chat or messaging anymore, only chat in the app.

I suspect that I'll be missing the £75 after 6 months for their "Switch & Stay" offer last July unless it turns up within the next week, but feel reluctant to call because of possible alarm over my multiple accounts. I might try chat in the app on a second smart phone instead.

Oh, wait, just realised I neglected condition 6 to continue at least 5 debit card payments for 2 months after the £5 cashbacks ended, so should've been more careful with those T&Cs. Oops, that's a costly mistake, I was diligent to keep the DDs going but must have forgotten the debit card payment condition existed. :(

I believe you switched earlier, under slightly different terms and successfully had your bonus credited for staying following contact with customer services.

I've usually limited to 2 accounts at once, but currently have 3 accounts going at the same time.
