TSB cs is consistently awful.
i've reached the stage now where if the representative i'm speaking with is getting nowhere i just call back to speak with someone that seems to know what they're doing.
having been told that they're unable to change statement dates i've now been assured mine are all set to the 1st of each month.
i've also been assured by "Travis" that i will still generate cashback using my '1st' account during January and February. so.. let's see. and if i don't i can reference today's call for £10

Looks like it has the same initial £125 incentive, but then replaces the previous £75 incentive after 6 months with double cashback for 6 months instead.
They describe this offer as worth up to £185 (£125 + £60) although calculating value on the same basis the previous offer would've been worth up to £230 (£125 + £75 + £30).

Only 2 of them. I've been churning through S&S accounts since at least 2020 but usually only have 2 recently opened (under 6 months) at any time. Some more have already been closed/transferred out; while others await a similar fate.
