Asda credit card £20 bonus

I got one of these recently. The card arrived quickly, I purchased £50 of fuel and received notification of qualifying for the £20 bonus as soon as that changed from pending to an actual transaction. Their message says they might not award the bonus until late June though.

Asda Pounds can only be redeemed in Asda and quite likely not against the usual exclusions like fuel, infant formula, etc.

These cards are now issued by Jaja Finance. The application process requires submitting photo ID and a matching camera shot, so it's a bit worse than usual for a credit card.

only being able to spend the £20 at Asda and pissing around with their app is not ideal, but it all helps.

your No More thread update just reminded me not to get pulled into Asda's loyalty scheme.
Clubcard, More and Nectar are more than enough.. along with local Co-ops and 'The' Co-op as & when.

Asda Rewards can be worth a quick look, even as an occasional Asda shopper. The minimum voucher amount is only £1, making it quite easy to benefit from the value of a tempting bonus. I sometimes participate in the 'super shopper' offers, which provide increasing rewards for multiple visits per month (e.g. 1st visit £1, 2nd visit £1, 3rd visit £2, 4th visit £5; these all need to be earned on different days).

how long does the 20 Asda pounds last?
and where are they, stored on the app to spend in store?

They accumulate in the Asda Money credit card app and would later transfer to the Asda Rewards app upon tapping the 'Add to Cashpot' button on the 'Asda Pounds' screen. In that app they must be converted to vouchers within 6 months and then spent within 90 days.

Tested moving £1 across to my Asda Rewards cashpot, which was successful and instant.
