Your ID is 251 although some lower numbered accounts aren't used by real/active/ordinary members; around 70 of them appear to be reserved/test/staff accounts. So perhaps approximately 180 members joined before you registered.

I guess you counted users in the membership list, whereas the numbers that I quoted are IDs (as can be seen if you hover over a username), e.g. 196 for Constantine and 110 for blythburgh.

Yes, we should definitely mark it in some way. And use this as a means of attracting more members. We'll all have to put our thinking caps on! The most logical date is 25 June, which is when the company was incorporated
