And therein lies the problem.
Maybe RY is on holiday at present. But dozens of suggestions made here, some good and some not so good have yielded what? Reinstatement of the caption competition. A couple more issues of the "weekly" newsletter. Issue of share certificates.

i am sure it would be a waste of time telling us and almost most of us would think Richard was speaking another language.
Maybe he could give us an idea of when he will have finished the solid foundations and can move on to stuff that we can actually see.

I would be interested in knowing what critical mass is for iMutual?
Looking at the average transactions totals and available clicks a the moment I would guess current regular website visitor numbers is as low as 200 members and could easily be less; far from critical mass me guesses...

In that vein, I wonder what proportion of revenue and clicks derives from purchases (as opposed to daily/weekly clicks).
