Many years ago I visited Great Yarmouth. I have four memories of that trip.macliam wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24 2021 12:22pmI make it policy to avoid Great Yarmouth at any timeblythburgh wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24 2021 11:06amAnd avoid Great Yarmouth and surrounding villages. Cannot remember the last time I went to Great Yarmouth. I know they had a Marks and Spencers and a Palmers department store. Now M and S is a food hall on a retail park and Palmers was sold to Beales so that is two huge empty shops I am guessing. Then there is the question of what has happened to the BHS shop aas I have not been I have no idea. But I understand that the former huge shop that had various bits of the Co-op businesses in it has been split into indivdual shops. No idea if that has happened or if any have been occupied.macliam wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24 2021 12:22pmI make it policy to avoid Great Yarmouth at any timeblythburgh wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24 2021 11:06amAnd avoid Great Yarmouth and surrounding villages.
