Trust a child to ask what an adult dare not.
And macliam knows about Coffey as he has the misfortune to have her as his MP

If not in the area you might not realise that the rudderless Govt. has approved Sizewell C nuclear plant. We know it will ruin one of the country's most important wildlife sites. The Govt's own Inspector was opposed to building it there.
The cost of the identical one being built is spirally year on year.
We will have to pay for it via taxes and an addition to our electricity bill the moment building starts.
Whether you think it should be built or not sure the fact remains that decision should be taken by a full cabinet with an elected (by a few Tory members rather the electorate) Prime Minister.
And this announcement was made when all eyes were on the heatwave and its effects

Here's another one
"NHS waits force patients to pay for private ops"
Spiffing idea, force the NHS to limit the number of operations by not funding catch-up (because, obviously, the medics and nurses exist..... in the private sector) and force people to give up their savings to pay for operations to make life bearable (not elecetive surgery).
"Yes, well..... if they can afford to pay, let us soak them AND defund the NHS. Win-Win" said some toff MP from Somerset, fondly recalling the days when smallpox could decimate a region and increase the land available for grazing.......

At least Truss has worked out how to fight crime. Simply tell the police to cut serious crime by 20%. Job done. Why didn't anyone else think of that?

And let Truss add to it in the same way Thatcher did after her first election win

And here is why I do not use Social Media.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-62369858 I hope that whoever is elected to be leader of the Conservative Party realises that this woman is to dangerous to have anything to do with government ever again.
