Elusive lyrics, but the hammond organ part still sends shivers down my spine every time I hear it.
For me it's the best pop single of all time, bar none

I remember I was in a caravan at Tramore and drove my folks crazy with this.
We went to my favourite cafe for my favourite meal back then, rashers and eggs with chunky chips and lashings of tomato sauce! This was on the jukebox. Always.
I haven't thought of that for years..........

Remember seeing him sing this with Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings a few years ago and it seemed better than ever , such an emotional moment.
