I would not expect it to. These offers normally track overnight.

Before you take out this insurance ask yourself a question:

Do I want to make sure my family have money to inherit when I pop my clogs or is it to pay for the funeral?

If it is the latter than a pre paid funeral is far more cost affective. You can pay for them in instalments so they are like an insurnce policy in that sense. And it takes all the pressure off your loved ones at the most difficult of times. They will know whether or not you want a burial or a cremation, a green or normal funeral, a church service or a humanist one, what music at the funeral, whether or not they want flowers or charity donations and if it is the latter which charity. And it will probably cost you less than you pay into the insurance.

I have taken this out but am only getting £60 and 600 shares. Why the 25% drop?

I seem to remember yesterday it was showing at £80. I would make a claim. http://www.imutual.co.uk/claims
