Give us until the end of next week to plan and start implementing the next steps and one of us will post an update, hopefully with some positive information. For now keep posting if you are interested in joining and anything else that springs to mind
Sorry for any confusion - I was wanting to see if there was an update, and I missed this part of the post - my apologies - I look forward to an update.

By the way, in Word 2013/4, there is a sample 'Investment Club' partnership agreement. I don't know if I can post it due to legal conditions, and also it seems quite Americanized.

Many thanks

All I can update with right now is I drafted some rules and Rich is looking at them to pass comment. I expect there will be numerous things to iron out due to our club concept being somewhat removed from the 'standard' way people run investment clubs. Basically standard clubs tend to meet in person and have rules associated to conducting activities in that way. Clearly we will not be!

Thanks for the idea - I'll see if I can find the template. We are currently using the proshare documents as something to begin with. To be honest - getting one of the club documents sorted out first and drafting the others thereafter is probably the best way forward as all the documents are quite connected by way of terminology and process..... Once the first is done we should be rockin' along.

Anyhow - rest assured we are on it. It's just Rich is still celebrating iMutual's recent award.....and hasn't been sober enough to edit the document yet. I sent Sue some Alkaseltzer on Friday in hope that she can pop a few in his bedtime water and we'll have more progress this week.

Stay with us - more soon

Yes, I think that is half the trouble. Of course the other part was his invitation to Strictly Come Dancing. Unfortunately I don't think that is going to happen as, despite his best efforts and negotiation tactics, they will not let him have his first choice partner. They were insistent that Craig Revell-Horwood would remain on the judging panel.
