For interest and "educational" purposes, I've created a report showing which of our club members have made the "best" decisions, based on gains/losses on the shares they've voted to invest in

At the time of posting, you'll see that pieman and Ric are topping the list. Well done If we'd listened to them and invested in Telecom Plus, the club would now be sitting on a healthy 20% gain on that particular investment

Obviously this is just a snapshot and will fluctuate significantly in the short term. I've limited the report to the top ten, as I don't see the need to highlight who hasn't done so well (which ahem includes yours truly). But I do think this is a very important part of the learning process when you participate in an investment club. We have to be willing to face up to the fact that we will all make good and bad decisions, and we need to learn from those so we can gradually improve our stock selection skills.

Hopefully, it adds a bit of competitive fun. too

Perhaps after a set period of time we can award the top the tipsters shares? So that would be 100 shares for pieman, Ric and nickyu.
