I use this site for nearly all my bookings now.

You get between 6 and 12% cashback, depending on the currently available offer and the site you use.
Plus 1 free nights for every 10 you stay (and it is better than a hotel reward scheme as you aren't tied to a particular chain and it also applies to small independent hotels/B&Bs).
And they'll price match. Sometimes this can be a little difficult to get them to agree to, but after some gentle persuasion, they've never declined any of my requests.

Customer service is typically offshore (normally get through to someone in the US) but they are always very helpful.

Booking emails are usually in the local language in addition to English, which helps with misunderstandings abroad (e.g. hotel staff claiming you haven't prepaid, or breakfast isn't included in the rate).

Overall, I'd highly recommend this company based on my booking over the last 2.5 years.
