Thanks to those who joined us for the "virtual" AGM last night. Results of the AGM resolutions were as follows:

Yes, happy to credit all participating members with 100 shares
That's a little unfair as there was no mention of this incentive prior to the AGM. I would have turned up

So an incentive is needed to come to the AGM and participate in the running of your company? Pity everything is not run that way?

Come on, if you had any interest you would have attended regardless of any incentive. I like to think the input given by those that attended is worth the shares and also it is not uncommon to receive small gifts, goody bags when you attend actual AGMs. None of those that attended were aware of, or expecting any shares. It was just a cheeky question from me at the end of the meeting.
Perhaps next year you will join
