Momondo not tracking?

Spotted a problem on imutual? If it's not specific to your account, then post here and see if other members can help. Staff also monitor this forum and will reply as necessary

There is a problem with a 3rd party reporting service at the moment, which means that these transactions are not finding their way onto your statements. However, I can see that they are tracking correctly, so you should continue to visit this merchant and your statements will get updated once the reporting issue has been resolved

That might be why Booking Buddy is not tracking at TopCashBack and Quidco, if they go there will be no reason to go to either site ever again :lol:

A fair cop, although in our defence Michelle's reply to stockportcounty was before I was aware of the tracking issue. But point taken

The generic reply would be correct when it comes to daily clicks as I told blythburgh

......... and so, here we have yet another difference with imutual (sometimes ;) )

Having said which, Cheap Travel has been on walkabout again for me since 20th, so now with Momondo not tracking either, it's getting harder to keep the faith :(

Might not be a quick fix to this, but we'll manually upload data in the meantime. Should be up-to-date as of this lunchtime, but expect delays of up to a few days
