Share club valuation @ 4 Nov 2017

Here are the figures for the Cashback Investment Club's latest valuation, based on our investments and cash holdings as at 4 Nov

Since the last valuation on 8 Oct, the club's unit price has dropped from £0.8681 to £0.8525, a change of -1.8%. See Unit price calculations

Members have paid a further £55.93 into the club since 8 Oct, and these have been converted to units at the new price of £0.8525. You can see a history of your own payments here

We currently have 16 members who have made 303 payments into the club totalling £6,000.40. The total value of our current assets is £5,218.77. Our list of our past investment decisions can be found here, and valuations of our current holdings (based on market mid-prices) can be viewed here

Our current cash holdings consist of £945.96 held in our Co-op bank account, + a further £898.38 held in our Share Centre dealing account.

So the shares are worth less than has been paid in by members. But if you add share values and cash holdings then the cluck is in profit. :clap: Obviously a share is not really a loss or even a profit until they are sold and some of the shares are providing dividends

I assume dividends are re-invested or held in the cash account...?

The cash holding are what been paid into the club by members.
