The network that tracks and reports these transactions to us is based on the US west coast, so 8 hours behind. They report times to us as their local time, so we add 8 hours on to get the correct UK time. Normally, this appears to work ok but it does look like they must be reporting the incorrect time somehow.

I will adjust for this, and "uncap" retrospectively but you'll need to give me a few days to get this done

Everyone should find that the transaction times and capping from 1 December onwards are now correct

I hadn't used SS in the past via cashback sites, but used SS extensively anyway.
Nice one tbh and ticking up. Saving the cashback from SS to put towards my wife's Birthday meal.........................
