I will be cashing out on Monday and my pending plus payable total will go down to two figures £wise.
Blooming Aviva have paid out on my House Insurance.
But thankfully it will soon be back to three as the car insurance is due next month

Had my Council Tax bill today, wish I could get cashback on that 1% would be a nice rebate 10% even better.

How do you know I do not already have one? If I had one, there would be no harm in getting two lots of cashback. Given that there is a £5 monthly fee for this account it does not always work in favour of the account holder. Because of this the 123 Lite(sic) might be better for some people.

And I did not say anything to the contrary. Just pointing out that this will not work for everyone.

Note to self: before offering help to WJ, make sure he hasn't already tried what I am about to suggest. Also verify that it will be appropriate for everyone in similar circumstances.

Had my council tax bill too - 5% increase plus they're now going to charge an extra £43 a year to collect garden waste. This latter is a scam imported from Waveney (as bb will tell you).
This is part of the "cooperation" between the councils....... obviously working for the benefit of residents (not).
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me
