Maybe parliament needs to vote on a backup plan just in the case the transition period, following the actual deadline, to bring this Caption Competition slips even further?

They begin to regret agreeing to holding their pose until Brexit is sorted because just like Brexit the Caption Competition timetable has slipped and appears like it might never happen!!!!
