I'd love to hear kevinchess' thoughts on this. Although he might no longer be a member I'd be keen to hear his viewpoint on what has occurred.

Not a chart but you can find it here:

That report just shows what I entered as the sale value. I mean a 3rd party verification that the sell price dropped as low as £1.32.

The lowest price I can find on a 3rd party 'share site' for the last fortnight is £1.40. Can we query with the Share Centre how the sell kicked in at a price of £1.32?

I checked yesterday when it sold, at the end of the day, and The Share Centre record for Medica said low price of the day was the exact price our shares were sold at. I've just checked HL and got this from their interactive chart:

Date: 08:00 12.09.2018 Open: 140.78 Trade high: 149.22 Trade low: 132.55 Close: 142.20

Fair enough, thanks for the update. I am guessing the high/lows listed must relate to beginning/end of day and not include any fluctuations that occur during the day outside of those.

I don't think so - it says the opening price was 140.78, traded up to 149.22 (high) and down to 132.55 (low) during the market hours and closed at 142.20. Not sure what the other sites are saying, but all that matters is things were done correctly noting these figures.

Ah well, spilt milk and all that

Hopefully we've learned something from this, and as individuals we only had a small amount invested in this stock.

Can we organise our next small-cap investment?
