Interesting and Concerning...

Post by Boro Boy » Tue Nov 20, 2018 1:51 pm

Studying the transaction rate in relation to the latest Transaction Competition an interesting statistic came up which may be of concern to members: "The Transaction balance shows as: 8,483,704 for those of you members who look closely at these sort of figures you will note that the rate of transactions (on average) has fallen (!) from approx. 5,500 per day to approx. 4,500 per day..."

Whilst obviously Transaction figures will fluctuate a divergence averaging 20%+ must be of concern! On the lead up to Christmas I would have anticipated that Transaction rates would have risen!!! Can anybody put their finger on why this fall in Transaction rate has happened and should it be of concern??? :eh:

For a start Travel S has gone down from so many per day to so many per week, I would have thought that alone would have reduced your transactions levels/totals, same with prawnlover, london boy as well the same effect I would have thought, and that is just 3 member IDs including yours that just happened to have been grouped together. :)

I agree with TYimco
TS down from 4 a day to 4 a week
SS down from 3 a day to 1 every other week
Cheap Trave/CH FD WG, DD TS, and S2s gone completly

Probably 10 clicks per pewrson per day less

I thought SkyScanner was weekly not fortnightly (although agreed it was missing for a few days). But given that we have so many dailies. I should have thought that this amount of variance was to be expected. At the end of the day its the amount of people using the site and the value of their transactions that matter. Not the amount of clicks that are done or not done. Interesting? No not really. Concerning? Most definitely not.

Dailies limitations make sense. I have been clicking Skyscanner daily because I genuinely search for cheap flights to a certain location as one day can differ a lot in prices and been doing it even without a cashback until I realized it's on here so I I've been clicking the link every day. Now it's down to 1 a week.

Unfortunately I don't think my partner, my business or myself will succumb to your crooning but what give you such insight to this anyway? Can you name any of my other refferals? I didn't realise we had moderators? :wtf:
