Enquiries waiting time...

Post by Boro Boy » Wed Nov 28, 2018 2:02 pm

What are members experiences of the turnaround of getting enquires answered?

I made an enquiry submission on 16/11/2018 and have still had no answer; whilst I accept there are lots of time consuming changes happening with servers etc. I still thought this enquiry was outstanding a little bit too long now? :eh:

Have you sent a follow up message, on the query system?

I have always had a very prompt reply (usually a few hours) from the imutual team, although it is a long time since I needed to make an enquiry.

It could be due to server move or awaiting reply to their enquiry

Like most members I usually get replies to enquiries within 24 hours but I left this enquiry a while, for as you said there was obvious changes which may have been diverting administration involvement.

Thankfully my posting must have spurred someone into action and my enquiry is being looked into (currently marked: "Under Investigation") additionally I received an apology for the delay but no explanation for the delay... :|
