Not just for children, I have seen so many silly people on the road.

The worst offenders can be people in car parks who forget that there are cars around. And holidaymakers. We often drive down the main road in Southwold. Cars parked one side so the road if rather narrow. But holidaymakers use the road as if it is part of the pavement. Or worse step off the pavement even when they are facing the cars coming towards them.

Never worked out why people leave their brains behind in the car.
