If no one has replied you can delete your post
Either way you can edit
Lots of old people have died since the original vote
So I think we should do it again
How do we edit or remove as I cannot see how in the "new" forum

It's nice to hear Richard doesn't lose as much sleep as Boro does with regard to the daily transaction count.
Maybe this "Richard guy" you speak of knows something you don't?

I do not know how to delete or edit a post in this "new" forum so have reported my post to Richard and asked him to remove it. Looks as if he is out Christmas shopping

I demand a People's Vote
on whether the jam or the cream should go on the scone first
And where are the smileys on here? Plus how do I delete my own post if I end up hitting post button twice?
You press the X in exactly the same way as before. The smilies are on the right of the post you are creating.

No X or smilies on my page. I am using Firefox and Windows 10 on a desktop.

Once a post has been made after your post the X will disappear as you are no longer able to delete. The smilies
will only appear when you try to create a post. You can edit your post at any time by pressing the pen symbol on the post you made.

Thanks on chrome and have smilies and can see pen here but it is not on Firefox. And just wrote a post which I successfully deleted. Not something I can do on Firefox. All very odd
