4/4 tracked for me in the last three weeks (all BIN items). And a best offer that didn't track.

I'm guessing that payment triggers the cashback, so for winning auction bids, you have to click through from here before paying. I don't know whether you also have to have clicked from here when making the bid.

Cheers, but doing all that but still having issues, if fact doing what I have been doing for a long while; as said before it seems that things have changed with eBay only over the last three months or so...

How soon after you entering the website do they track on your iMutual account?

Tracking is not quick. Next day, maybe even 2-3 days after purchase.

I wonder if the discount codes also block cashback?

I have just about given up on eBay as a linked paying merchant (this has being going on over a very extended period of time); I do not seem to receive rewards any more even though I am a regular buyer on that site and always enter it by iMutual. I have cleared my cookies, used different computers and complained to those in the know at iMutual but still no change...

Is it a case of they are bigger than us and the tail wags the dog!?! If this was clarified I would just (have to) accept it... :silent:

Might be worth raising a query. I have little trouble with eBay tracking at TCB.

Its a risk you take. Might be better for you to do it on another site if you find the tracking here is not 100%. In my experience the rewards are pennies only and not something to worry about to much in the overall picture.
