I think you may have missunderstood Chunders post. He is assuming KC has 121795 shares and is also questioning if he has 14982 shares (FYI, when you log into iMutual it will show your balance and shareholding at the top of the screen). If there was only 18 members that voted, the remaining 16 average share worth could be calculated. I don't think he was suggesting he was the second highest shareholder to vote. But still quite irrelevant overall.

Correct.
It took us some time to get here, arguably there are easier ways to get to the same point, nonetheless I can see we are going to be good friends after all.

To re-elect Susan Catherine Yendall as a director of the company.
for 327430 (17)
abstain 121795 (1)
For the record, it's not gentleman like to vote against pretty Ladies.
It wasn't a vote against, it was an abstention.
And also, the 19th century called and would like its misogyny back.

To re-appoint Cooper Adams Ltd as auditors
for 312448 (16)
against 14982 (1)
abstain 121795 (1)
To authorise the directors to agree the auditors' remuneration.
for 434243 (17)
against 14982 (1)
Member #1 Shares = 121795 (kevinchess1?)
Member #2 Shares = 14982 (AAAlphaThunder?)
From which I surmise that 14982
is AAAlphaThunder.
Would it be impolite to enquire as to your concerns about the auditors?

Richard, have you had time to reflect on the AGM and progress any issues?
What are your further thoughts on the issues raised?

I offer a straight trade with the "19th century" - dinner with a pretty Lady (at my expense) and you can have your "misogyny back".

As a lady/woman (whichever word you use upsets somebody according to David Dimblebody on Question Time) I hate being patonised whether or not I am a pretty one

As you wish.
Neither do I.
