In the absence of literally anything else, I'd support more formality in the buying and selling of shares, as per RIchards idea.

I hoped that the new year might spark some kind of new approach and I'm happy to try anything out that means we converge more frequently to plot a route. Activity here is really low, cash is in the bank and when suggestions are made there is little feedback on them.

Cash is idle - and pointless. We sold GNK to put it somewhere else, it's since improved: what was the point?

So yes to Richards idea. Yes to Garindan's suggestion to look at previous tipsters and get some ideas from there. Yes to anything that brings us together at a date and time to work out what the next path is.

Cash in the bank? The Grand National is coming up soon.

Or you could go for a race I saw the odds for recently on TV. Sadly the money will be with the bookies until late December and the favourites if I remember correctly were at 6/1

Or you could all be sensible and buy a decent stock with a good dividend and hopefully a chance of a price rise

I will put together a proposal incorporating ideas from everyone (except betting on the National) in the coming few days. I'm absolutely laden with stuff to do at the moment though. Apologies.

garinden wrote that he was snowed under at the moment. He has a real life and is not paid to do the club work so give the man a break..

I just wanted to post a quick update. I will finally post a new suggested approach for us to vote on adopting next week. I'm severely time pressured at the moment, so it is not for want of doing this. I do apologise and ask you bear with me a little longer.
