If you have not been able to reach it, then the most likely reason is that it has been suspended in the ether.

Yes, there has been a major outage of an entire data centre since 7am this morning. Probably affecting thousands of sites including imutual. Things appear to be working normally now, though we haven't yet had any formal notification.

Sorry about that, folks! :(

Unfortunately the imutual site has decided "I don't like Mondays" and is still in bed. Attempting to rouse it soon so you can begin earning this week's cashback.....

Actually, there's an issue at the Data Centre where our server is located. Hope to have good news on this very soon

I'm afraid the server upgrade hasn't been a resounding success. The server is located in Holland. What happens in the event of a no deal Brexit?

Richard,

There has been numerous outrages already this year; is it time to consider swapping to a more reliable hosting centre? Time is money after all....

Good to see the data centres have a good backup and recovery strategy.......

I'd have been shot if my systems had "disappeared" for so long. I hope Imutual gets good compensation - again, one of my systems was contractually obliged to give a certain amount of "free" service to users impacted for over 15 minutes.... and for an outage this long, we're talking months.

That might help the bottom line!!

Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me
