Sushi for me
It’s RAW fish
Yuk
I think you mean sashimi...... sushi is any dish with vinegared rice, sashimi is raw fish.
When raw fish is used, it has to be really, really fresh (so, something almost unknown in the UK!!)
But there are vegetable makizushi and prawn or salmon nagiri are not raw - or many types of sushi made with cooked seafood. Or you can try tataki, which is raw beef cut sashimi-style and "cooked" in a soy dip (just don't ask for tatami.... that's a sleeping mat!
Still, if you still don't fancy it, more for me!!
I ate sushi yesterday. Yum!
