They can get a better deal on them on doubt but I would be happy to lose the cap and let any accidental doubles get capped

Why is it so hard to get this to track? A lot of the holiday companies don't, especially across the other two sites. And it's not easy to use now. Why anyone would pick this site to choose a holiday is beyond me!
