I have seen theft from vans with CCTV evidence VERY clearly showing the culprits and the police still won't attend
Consequences of too few Police Officers with not enough funding.

Or not enough resources to respond to the level of crime being committed.

I was at a Police meeting in Central London the other night when a high ranking office said Albanian gangs are using rented cars for "runners" who supply drugs to well paid white collar City workers, who call dealers on mobile phones and wait on street corners for the runners to arrive, they jump in make the purchase and jump out. The runners never have any ID on them the cars are rented on false paperwork and the runners never have enough drugs on them to get any major fine/sentence and the big boys never get caught. For every Albanian runner they take off the streets another 10 is waiting to take his job! He basically said they were swamped.

These are the benefits of free movement of labour. Whilst Albania is not part of the EU it is practically an open border with Greece and entry to Italy is just as easy; once inside the EU they seem to home in on London with little resistance getting here... This is were the easy money is!

Nothing at all to do with the free movement of labour. Albania is not part of the EU and they should not be allowed into the country without the right documentation. It does however have everything to do with the managing or perhaps negligence in managing the borders by successive governments and the complete failure to manage or borders in a reasonable way.

See this report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-49420730 in order to understand how they arrive at their figures. It is a complete farce! The Border agency is not fit for purpose and this is as a direct result of being starved of the needed resources by successive governments.

The problem is NOT the Albanian drug gang members, we have loads of home grown ones. The REAL problem is the nice law abiding folks who take the drugs on a recreational basis. Some will go on to become drug addicts but even though most do not they are the ones driving the drug gangs

Surely if there exists an "employee turnover rate" ratio of 1:10 then:
That NOT will have all the Albanian drug gang members quaking in their boots...!
