Key point from this thread is -

"What's also clear from the past is that our "product" isn't right; that is, the site is very poor at converting visitors to active users and we need to address that first before committing precious resources to social media campaigns or trying to form promotional partnerships. Fix the hole in the bucket rather than just trying to pour in more water"
Above has same meaning as
viewtopic.php?f=34&t=83124&sid=60e7cdcc ... 30#p241126
"To join and do what when as time goes by seemingly more and more suggestions for merchants that are on Quidco and TCB get the response viewtopic.php?f=3&t=85615&start=150#p240780 "Can't get this one"
Perhaps Richards next response on this thread could either be to indicate ideas about how this will be addressed, whats the point thinking about PR/marketings when already know what has been quoted in first paragraph, no good saying will address problem of merchants that Imutual cannot get many of which are large popular company offers as that was said when site was previously getting a makeover/re-colouring.
