Not sure how they economical or even save the planet. Huge things meaning more lorries needed to transport them around. The box has to be made from a tree. And will only be recycled into cardboard boxes for Amazon et a.
Yes, the alternative means plastic but that can be recyled into more bottles or boxes for the next lot of washing liquid.
