Terms and Conditions
Eligible Amazon customers who, after being invited by Amazon by email or banner on Amazon.co.uk and who have visited the landing page https://www.amazon.co.uk/b?ie=UTF8&node=18707828031 where the offer is explained, and can see the Terms & Conditions of the offer, will benefit from a £5 promotional code to redeem against a qualifying purchase of at least £25 on or before 31 October 2019 on Amazon.co.uk (the "Offer").
This offer is open to the first 10,000 eligible customers that satisfy the terms and conditions.
The Offer is valid only between 21 October, 2019 and 31 October, 2019 , 11:59 PM BST.
The Offer only applies to items sold by Amazon at the website www.amazon.co.uk. The Offer does not apply to purchases made from Amazon's Warehouse Deals or from third-party sellers on Amazon Marketplace, even if "fulfilled by Amazon" or "Prime Eligible".
Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon's standard delivery rates and policies or the participating third-party seller's standard delivery rates and policies, as applicable.
Each customer can claim up to a maximum of one Offer.
To redeem the Offer, enter “GIFT05” in the “Your gift certificates and coupons” section of the checkout page when making your qualified purchase before 31 October, 2019, 11:59 PM BST.
The Offer only applies if the same delivery speed is selected for all Qualifying items and Promotional Items, as applicable. Please check the "Delivery Details" section during checkout to confirm that all Qualifying items have the same delivery speed.
Unless otherwise specified on the landing page of the relevant promotion, the Offer may not be used on pre-existing orders or in conjunction with any other offer.
The Offer is subject to a £25 Minimum Purchase requirement, so:
if you remove qualifying items from your Basket, so that the combined purchase value of the remaining qualifying items at checkout falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement, the Offer will cease to apply;
if you cancel your order for a qualifying Item (so that the combined purchase value of the remaining qualifying items falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement), the Offer will cease to apply; and
if you return a qualifying Item (so that the combined purchase value of the qualifying items you retain falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement), Amazon reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice) for the discount you received as part of the offer.
Please note that you will need to enter the promotional code displayed on the banner during checkout for it to apply. You must use the promotional code by 31 October 2019 at 11:59 PM BST. When paying for an order with a promotional code you will have to add the relevant item(s) to your Shopping Basket and complete your order via checkout.
If you use our 1-Click ordering method, any promotional code will not apply to your order.
If your order value exceeds the value of the promotional code, you must pay the balance either by credit or debit card, or by using Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards. Unlike Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards, you will not be able to view any unused promotional codes in the Your Account section of www.amazon.co.uk.
Promotional codes have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
If you place an order using a promotional code and then return or cancel that order, the promotional code cannot be refunded or re-used.
